| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce s názvem Autorita učitele z pohledu účastníků výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu, je autorita vnímaná z pohledu žáků a jejich učitelů. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá různým pojetím a vymezením autority a jejím vývojem z historického hlediska. Součástí práce je také pohled na učitelskou profesi a postavení učitele ve společnosti. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výzkum zabývající se zjišťováním vztahu žáků a učitelů k autoritě v rámci jedné školy. | cze |
