| dc.description.abstract-translated | There were found several populations of uncertain taxa of genus Calamagrostis along the Ohře river in NW of the Czech Republic. The habitus resembled the species Calamagrostis rivalis that has been considered to be endemic in Saxony, Germany. In this study DNA ploidy level by FCM, morphometric characters and 3 genetic markers of 17 populations collected from both countries were studied. Based on the results we suggest to classify the plants from Czech populations as Calamagrostis rivalis. | eng |
