| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této studie bylo určit, které faktory by mohly indukovat autogenii a porovnat rozdíly mezi autogenními a anautogenními populacemi komárů. Veškeré pokusy probíhaly na druhu <i>Culex quinquefasciatus Say</i>. Studované byly vlivy teploty a potravy na indukci autogenie. Autogenní samice obvykle nemusí přijímat krev během prvního ovariálního cyklu. Naše výsledky potvrdily, že autogenie může být indukována teplotou a potravou s rozdílnou nutriční hodnotou. | cze |
