| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této práce bylo studium nádorové imunoterapie založené na kombinaci TLR7 signalizace a aktivaci fagocytózy nádorových buněk. Byl studován vliv této imunoterapie na paralelní neléčený nádor. Mechanismy terapie byly dále studovány in vitro a byly ověřeny další možnosti zesílení účinku terapie dalšími imunomodulátory. | cze |
