| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Ošetřovatelská péče u pacientů s duševní poruchou na interním oddělení" bylo zjistit, s jakými duševními poruchami se všeobecné sestry na interním oddělení setkávají. Dále zjistit znalost sester o zásadách komunikace u pacientů s duševním onemocněním a zjistit zkušenosti sester s ošetřováním pacientů s duševním onemocněním. Jaká jsou rizika při ošetřování a péči o pacienty s duševním onemocněním na interním oddělení a jaké mají sestry možnosti zajistit bezpečí pacientům s duševním onemocněním na interním oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na nejčastější duševní poruchy u pacientů, kteří jsou na interním oddělení hospitalizováni nejčastěji, tedy u seniorů. Na definice těchto onemocnění, symptomy a léčbu. Také na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s duševní poruchou a zvládání nežádoucích a problematických situací. Ve výzkumné části jsme k dosažení cílů použili tyto výzkumné otázky: S jakými duševními poruchami se sestry setkávají u pacientů na interním oddělení? Jaké jsou znalosti sester o zásadách komunikace s pacienty s duševním onemocněním? Jaké jsou zkušenosti sester s ošetřováním pacientů s duševním onemocněním na interním oddělení? Jaká jsou rizika při ošetřování a péči o pacienty s duševním onemocněním na interním oddělení? Jaké mají sestry možnosti zajistit bezpečí pacientům s duševním onemocněním na interním oddělení? Pro bakalářskou práci bylo využito strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, metody dotazování, techniky polostrukturovaného interview. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo deset sester pracujících na interním oddělení Nemocnice Český Krumlov a.s. Ve výzkumné části analyzujeme odpovědi dotazovaných respondentů pomocí metody otevřeného kódování, na něž navázala takzvaná technika vyložení karet. Provedený výzkum poskytuje možnost utvořit si představu o nejčastějších duševních onemocněních vyskytující se u pacientů hospitalizovaných na interním oddělení, o problematice ošetřování a péči o pacienty s duševní poruchou a o problematice zajištění bezpečí pacientům s duševní poruchou. Výstupem bakalářské práce je informační manuál, určený nejen pro sestry z interního oddělení, který obsahuje základní informace o péči o pacienty s duševní poruchou. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor thesis, with a title "Nursing care for patients with mental disorders at the Department of Internal Medicine", was to find out with what mental disorders nurses at the Department of Internal Medicine meet. Then, to determine the level of knowledge of nurses concerning communication principles with patients suffering from mental disorder and to find out experience of nurses with nursing of patients with mental disorder. It was also necessary to determine risks concerning nursing of patients with mental disorder and what opportunities nurses have to ensure the safety of patients with mental illness at the Department of Internal Medicine.
The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, we focused on the most common mental disorders in patients who are the most frequently hospitalized in the internal medicine department. We also focused on nursing care of patients with mental disorder and coping with unwanted and problematic situations; in the elderly. Our last focus was on the definition of these diseases, symptoms and treatment.
In the research part, there several questions were used to reach the goal: What mental disorders of patients do nurses meet at the Department of Internal Medicine? What is the nurses' knowledge of the principles of communication with patients with mental illness? What is the level of nurses' experience treating patients with mental illness at the Department of Internal Medicine? What are the risks in the treatment and care of patients with mental illness? What opportunities do nurses have to ensure the safety of patients with mental illness at the Department of Internal Medicine?
The bachelor thesis, was compiled by using a strategy of qualitative research, a method of questioning, and a semi-structured interview. Research group consisted of ten nurses working at the Department of Internal Medicine in Český Krumlov Hospital, a. s. In the research part, we analyse answers of respondents by using the method of open coding, which was followed by the so-called technology showdown.
The research provides the ability to form an idea of the most common mental illnesses occurring in patients hospitalized at the Department of Internal Medicine, of problematics of the treatment and care of patients with mental disorder and the problems of ensuring the safety of patients with mental disorder. The outcome of the bachelor thesis is an information guide, designed not only for the nurses of the internal medicine department, which contains basic information about the care of patients with mental disorder. | eng |
