| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na M-Centrum pro mladou rodinu České Budějovice, na její nabízené aktivity a aktuální problémy. Teoretická část popisuje problémy současných mladých rodin v České republice. Dále představuje organizaci M-Centrum pro mladou rodinu, popisuje činnost centra, nabízející aktivity a nejúspěšnější projekty, které byly realizovány.
Pro praktickou část byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum s využitím techniky strukturovaných rozhovorů s otevřenými otázkami. Výzkum byl proveden se sedmi respondenty zaměstnanci M-Centra pro mladou rodinu a zaměstnanci jiných organizací a institucí pomáhající mladým rodinám.
Cílem bakalářské práce je prezentovat nejdůležitější problémy vyskytující se v životě současných mladých rodin a ukázat, jak při jejich překonávání může pomoci M-Centrum pro mladou rodinu České Budějovice; současně zjistit těžkosti a obtíže, které Centru brání v rozvíjení aktivit, a navrhnout některá optimalizační doporučení. K naplnění těchto cílů byly stanoveny následující výzkumné otázky. První výzkumná otázka zní, které problémy v činnosti M-Centra pro mladou rodinu České Budějovice považují zainteresovaní odborníci za nejzávažnější. Druhá výzkumná otázka zjišťuje, jaká řešení aktuálních problémů respondenti navrhují.
Z dosažených výsledků vyplývá, že za nejzávažnější problémy v činnosti M-Centra považují zainteresovaní odborníci především finance, nedostatek pracovníků a malý zájem o nabízené služby. Na tomto základě respondenti navrhli některá řešení aktuálních problémů (samofinancování, spolupráce NNO, kvalitní fundraiser, dobrovolnictví). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the ´M-Centre for young families in České Budějovice´, especially on the activities it offers, as well as its current problems. The theoretical part describes the problems of current young families in the Czech Republic. Further on, it presents the ´M-Centre for young families´ organization, it describes the centre´s activities and the most successful projects that have been implemented.
For the practical part qualitative research with the use of structured-interview technique and open questions was used. The research was conducted with seven respondents the employees of the ´M-Centre for young families´, and the employees of other organizations and institutions helping young families.
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to present the key problems that occur in the lives of current young families, and to prove how the ´M-Centre for young families in České Budějovice´ can help overcome these problems. At the same time, the goal of this thesis is to find the difficulties that make it difficult for the Centre to develop its activities, and suggest some optimizing recommendations. To fulfill these goals, the following research questions have been defined. The first research question asks what problems in the activities of the ´M-Centre for young families in České Budějovice´ are the most serious ones in the interested experts´ eyes. The second research question identifies what solution to current problems is suggested by the respondents.
The obtained results prove that finance, lack of workers and little interest in offered services, especially during the summer vacations, are understood, by the interested experts, to be the most serious problems in the activities of the ´M-Centre´. Based on this information, the respondents suggested some solutions of the current problems (self-financing, NGO, high-quality fund-raiser, voluntary activities). | eng |
