| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na úlohu sestry v podávání ambulantní infuzní terapie. Infuzní terapie slouží k vpravení většího množství tekutiny do organismu jinou cestou než trávicím ústrojím, a to parenterálním vstupem (i. v., s. c.). Nejčastěji se zavede periferní žilní katétr a přes ten se podává infuzní roztok. Infuzní terapie se podává téměř na všech odděleních v nemocnici. U mnoha pacientů se jedná jen o infuzní terapie, kvůli které musí být hospitalizovaní. Dnes se od tohoto upouští a umožňuje se pacientovi docházet na infuzní terapii ambulantně. Ambulance infuzní terapie takto pokrývají léčbu z neurologického interního, ušního, kožního, plicního a z částí také revmatologického, nosního, krčního a gastroenterologického oddělení. Podávání infuzní terapie má svá specifika, ale obzvláště ambulantní podávání je jiné.
Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Úvod teoretické části tvoří základní terminologie z oblasti infuzní terapie, infuzních roztoků a způsoby podávání infuzní terapie. Jelikož existuje celá řada podávání infuzní terapie, věnujeme se zde indikacím, kontraindikacím, vhodným místům, přípravě, provedení a ošetřovatelské péči. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the role of nurse in an administration of ambulatory infusion therapy. Infusion therapy is used for incorporating larger quantities of fluid into organism by routes other than the digestive tract, and that is parental entry (i. v., s. c.). Most commonly is introduced a venous catheter and through that is served infusion solution. Infusion therapy is used in nearly all wards in a hospital. For many patients it is just the infusion therapies that must be performed due to their hospitalization. Today this is not mandatory and it is allowed that patients attend an ambulatory infusion therapy. Ambulatory infusion therapy thus covers internal treatment of the neurologic, ear, skin, lung, and also from parts of Rheumatology, nasal, cervical and gastroenterological department. Administration of infusion therapy has its own specifics, but especially ambulatory administration is different.
This work is made up from theoretical and practical part. Introduction to the theoretical part form the basic terminology of infusion therapy, infusion solutions and methods of administration of infusion therapy. Since there are a number of administration of infusion therapy, we focus on indications, contraindication, appropriate places, preparation, execution and nursing care. | eng |
