| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozčleněna do jedenácti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá definicí komunikace. V kapitole druhé popisujeme druhy komunikace. Popsána je zde komunikace verbální a neverbální. Třetí kapitola pojednává o komunikačních dovednostech sestry, čtvrtá potom o komunikaci sestry s dětským pacientem. Pátá kapitola popisuje základy komunikace sester s rodiči dětského pacienta. Šestá kapitola je věnována situaci, v níž sestra komunikuje s rodiči hendikepovaného a umírajícího dítěte. V sedmé kapitole sledujeme komunikaci sestry na dětském oddělení. Osmá kapitola upozorňuje na specifika dětského oddělení. Devátá kapitola pojednává o komunikaci jako součásti ošetřovatelské péče. A v poslední kapitole je popsán průběh hospitalizace dítěte a jeho rodiče.
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Část teoretická je popsána výše, v části empirické jsou popsány výsledky výzkumného šetření.
Cíle a výzkumné otázky
Prvním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak sestra komunikuje s rodiči dětského pacienta. Dalším z cílů bylo prozkoumat, zda rodič rozumí informacím podaných sestrou, a cíl třetí se zaměřil na chyby, které může udělat sestra při komunikaci s rodičem dětského pacienta.
Výzkumné otázky:
1.Jakým způsobem sestra komunikuje s rodičem dětského pacienta?
2.Jakým způsobem sestra podává informace rodiči dětského pacienta?
3.Jak rodič dětského pacienta hodnotí srozumitelnost informací podaných od sestry?
4.Jaké sestra dělá chyby v komunikaci s rodiči dětského pacienta?
Metodika
Pro výzkumné šetření byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, která byla realizována formou rozhovorů. Druhá použitá metodika v této práci se nazývá zúčastněné pozorování. Potřebná data k první části šetření byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s rodiči hospitalizovaných dětí. Rozhovory byly vedeny na základě předem připravených otázek. V případě potřeby byl rozhovor doplněn dalšími otázkami. Prostřednictvím rozhovoru bylo zjišťováno, jak probíhal příjem dítěte na dětské oddělení, jaké informace dostali rodiče ohledně vyšetření dítěte, a celkový dojem ze sester na oddělení. Rodičů jsme se dotazovaly na verbální i neverbální komunikaci sester. Na závěr sami popsali, jaké shledali chyby v komunikaci a chování sester. Druhá část výzkumu proběhla na dětském oddělení anonymní nemocnice. Zde jsme sestry hodnotily verbální a neverbální komunikační dovednosti sester.
Výzkumný soubor
Výzkumný soubor k první části výzkumného šetření tvořilo sedm matek dětí hospitalizovaných na dětském oddělení. Matky byly hospitalizované v různých nemocnicích v České republice. Výzkumný soubor k druhé části výzkumného šetření, který byl veden technikou pozorování, tvoří šest všeobecných sester zaměstnaných na dětském oddělení státní nemocnice. Sestry byly zvoleny náhodně. Jsou rozdílného věku, mají odlišnou délku praxe a jiné vzdělání. | cze |

The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. Much of the theory is described above whereas the empirical section describes the results of the research.
Objectives and research questions
The first objective of this thesis was to investigate how the nurse communicates with the parents of a child patient. The second objective was to determine whether a parent understands the information given by the sister and the final objective was to determine any errors that the nurse makes when they communicate with parents of child patients.
Research questions:
1. How the nurse communicates with the parent of a child patient?
2. How does the nurse inform parents of a child patient?
3. How a parent of a child patient assesses the clarity of the information provided by the nurse?
4. What mistakes nurse makes in communication with the parents of a child patient?
Methodics
For the research a survey was chosen to provide qualitative information, which was obtained via interviews. The second methodology used in this work is called participant observation. Data for the first part of the survey was obtained through semi-structured interviews with the parents of hospitalized children. Interviews were conducted on the basis of questions prepared in advance. If necessary, the interview was supplemented with other issues. The interview was to determine how children were admitted to the children's department, what information reached parents about the examination of the child, and also the overall impression of the nurses on the ward. We asked parents about the verbal and nonverbal communication of sisters. They described the errors they found in the communication and behavior of nurses. The second part of the research was anonymous on the pediatric ward of the hospital where nurses evaluated verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
The research group
The research set for the first part of the survey consisted of seven mothers of children hospitalized in the pediatric ward. The mothers were in different hospitals in the Czech Republic. The research set for the second part of the investigation, which was carried out by observation technique, consists of six nurses employed at the pediatric ward of a state hospital. Nurses were selected randomly. They are of different ages and they have different length of practice and other training. | eng |
