| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je rozvoj rodičovských kompetencí rodičů dětí se zrakovým postižením. Práce si klade za cíl představit rodičovské kompetence rodičů dětí se zrakovým postižením. Cílem praktické části je zjistit reálné možnosti rozvoje rodičovských kompetencí ve školských poradenských zařízeních v hlavním městě České republiky a následně zjistit zda li je tato nabídka pro rodiče dostačující.
V souladu s výše uvedenými cíli byly formulovány dva cíle dílčí a to: Zjistit možnosti rozvoje rodičovských kompetencí ve speciálně pedagogických centrech pro děti se zrakovým postižením na území hlavního města Prahy a nadále zjistit jak vnímají rodiče dětí s postižením zraku podporu a metodické vedení speciálně pedagogických center v oblasti rozvoje svých rodičovských kompetencí.
Práce je rozdělena do tří celků: teoretického, praktického a přílohového.
Teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje pojmu zrakové postižení jako takovému, klasifikaci a etiologii. Druhá část popisuje dítě se zrakovým postižením, vliv postižení na osobnost jedince a specifika vývoje dítěte se zrakovým postižením. Třetí kapitola je věnována rodině s dítětem se zrakovým postižením. Zabývá se vyrovnáním se rodiny s narozením postiženého dítěte, specifiky výchovy zrakově postiženého dítěte v rodině, podporou rodin ze strany státu a také možnostmi vzdělávání zrakově postižených dětí, žáků a studentů. Poslední kapitola práce představuje rodičovské kompetence rodičů zrakově postižených dětí a možnosti jejich rozvoje.
Ke zpracování praktické části byla použita kvalitativní metoda. Ke sběru dat byla využita technika rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly realizovány se zaměstnanci speciálně pedagogických center v hlavním městě České republiky a rodiči klienty těchto poradenských zařízení. Výzkumný terén tvořila školská poradenská pracoviště a domácnosti rodičů
Závěry ze samotného šetření poukázaly na problém v systému poradenství, kdy se jako nedostatek jeví počet SPC a jejich pracovníků vzhledem k počtu rodinám potřebující péči. Výsledky dále ukázaly, že význam rodičovských kompetencí není pro odborníky prioritní, a také že nabídka služeb je v některých oblastech v rozporu s reálnými potřebami rodičů.
Bakalářská práce, konkrétně teoretická část může sloužit jako studijní materiál pro studenty pedagogických oborů, též pro pedagogickou veřejnost. Zejména pak může být využitelná rodiči dětí se zrakovým postižením. Výstupy praktické části mohou být zpětnou vazbou prošetřené instituce pro případné inovační záměry ve zkoumané oblasti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the development of parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children. The thesis puts a target in presenting parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children and subsequently finds out real possibilities of development of parenting skills in educational consultancy devices in the capital of the Czech Republic. In compliance with the goals mentioned above were formulated two partial goals: to make a discovery of real possibilities of development of parenting skills in educational consultancy devices in the capital of the Czech Republic and subsequently to find out how parents of visual impaired children perceive the support and methodical supervision of educational consultancy devices in a sphere of development of their parenting skills.
The thesis is divided into three blocks: theoretical, practical and the attachment.
The theoretical part consists of four chapters. In the first one the visual handicap itself is described, its classification and the etiology of visual defects. The second part describes the visual impaired child, the effect of the impairment on the personality and the characteristics of visual impaired child evolution. The third part is dedicated to family with visual impaired child. The chapter occupies with the deal of the birth of the visual impaired child, specifics of the upbringing in the family, the state support of the families and it is also concerned with possibilities of education of child, schoolchild and students with visual impairment. The last chapter of this thesis describes the parenting skills of parents with visual impaired child and the possibilities of their development.
The practical part is processed through a qualitative method. To collect the data there was used the technique of an interview. The employees of the educational consultancy devices and the parents of visual impaired children took part in the interviews. The research terrain was formed by specialist's offices and client´s households.
The results of practical part pointed out the problem in a system of consultancy where the main problem is the amount of educational consultancy devices and their workers. The results also show that the importance of parenting skills is not the priority for the specialists and, finally, that the supply of services in some spheres is incompatible with the real parents needs.
The bachelor´s thesis may be used as a study material for students of the pedagogical branches as well for pedagogical public. These are parents of visual impaired children which the thesis is primarily used for. The conclusions of the practical part may be used as a feedback for institutions for potencional innovations in the researched fields. | eng |
