| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Motivaci osob žádající o pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu v Jihočeském kraji. Pěstounská péče je forma náhradní rodinné péče, ale liší se od ostatních tím, že má za dítě stále odpovědnost jeho vlastní rodiče a není tzv. právně volné. Taktéž to je i u pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, která trvá maximálně jeden rok, než se vyřeší situace v rodině, nebo než se najde náhradní dlouhodobá rodina pro dítě. Poskytovat péči nemůže každý, proto musí žadatelé projít přípravným kurzem a jsou zkoumáni sociálními pracovníky, doktory a psychology. Jeden z jejich hlavních cílů je zjistit motivaci, která k tomu žadatele vede.
Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, kde nejprve vysvětluji pojem pěstounská péče a další formy náhradní výchovné péče, její historii, legislativu a vznik pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje kritéria a popis žadatele, které musí každý splňovat, současně s rolí sociálního pracovníka, který na vše dohlíží a žadatele doprovází celým procesem přípravy i během vykonávání profese. Kapitola popisuje celý průběh a povinnosti, které jsou po žadateli požadovány. Nakonec vysvětlím pojem motivace a druhy motivací vedoucí k vykonávání pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, neboť úzce souvisí s výběrem kvalitního pěstouna a je jedna z nejdůležitějších kritérií, které se u žádajících osob zkoumají. K poslední kapitole je mimo jiné připojeno finanční ohodnocení pěstounů, protože i tato motivace bývá u některých osob prioritní.
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká je motivace osob žádající o pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu v Jihočeském kraji. Zvoleny byly tři výzkumné otázky: 1. Co motivuje žadatele o pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu? 2. Jaký je popis nejčastějšího žadatele o pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu? Splňují pěstouni všechna kritéria pro vykonávání pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu? 3. Jaká je role sociálního pracovníka v pěstounské péči na přechodnou dobu?
V empirické části je použité kvalitativní šetření metodou dotazování a technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvoří sociální pracovníci pracující s pěstouny na přechodnou dobu a samotní pěstouni, kteří se shodují v popisu nejčastějšího žadatele o pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu. Ohledně motivace jsou pěstouni přesvědčeni, že se finančně motivovaný člověk nemůže stát pěstounem. Sociální pracovníci mají obdobný názor, avšak i s takovými žadateli se setkávají, přesto věří, že finanční motivace nestačí. Osoby vykonávající tuto profesy jsou především motivováni faktorem seberealizace, altruismem a snahou využít své zkušenosti a dovednosti s výchovou dětí. Role sociálního pracovníka je v procesu nenahraditelná, spolupracují, kontrolují a doprovázejí žadatele během celého procesu.
Na základě výsledků bylo navrhnuto více informovat širokou veřejnost o fungování pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, sjednotit kritéria výběru pěstouna a podpořit přehodnocení finančních prostředků pro pěstouny. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on Motivation of individuals applying for foster care for a temporary period in the South Bohemian Region. Foster care is a form of alternative family care, but it differs from others by the fact that the child's own parents still have the responsibility for him/her and the child is not legally free. This is also the case of foster care for a temporary period, which lasts maximally one year, before the family situation is resolved or a substitute long-term family for the child is found. Everyone can not provide this care, so applicants have to go through a preparatory course and are examined by social workers, doctors and psychologists. One of their main goals is to find the motivation that leads the applicant.
The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, where I first explain the concept of foster care and other forms of educational care, its history, legislation, and the emergence of foster care for a temporary period. The second chapter contains the criteria and the required description of the applicant, the work of a social worker who supervises everything and accompanies the applicant in the whole process of preparation and during the profession. The chapter also describes the entire course and duties required from the applicant. Finally, the concept of motivation and the type of motivation leading to foster care for a temporary period is explained because it is closely related to the selection of a good foster parent and is one of the most important criteria that are examined while choosing the applicant. The last chapter includes, among other things, financial evaluation of foster parents, as this motivation is also a priority for some people.
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the motivation of individual applying for foster care for a temporary period in the South Bohemian Region and its types. Three research questions have been selected: 1. What motivates applicants for foster care for a temporary period? 2. What is the description of the most frequent applicant for foster care for a transitional period? Do fosters fullfil all the criteria for foster care for a temporary period? 3. What is the role of a social worker in foster care for a transitional period?
In the empirical part, there the qualitative survey is used by the semi-structured interview technique. The research team consists of social workers working with foster parents for a transitional period and the foster parents themselves who agree on the description of the most frequent applicant for foster care for a temporary period. Concerning motivation, foster parents are convinced that a financially motivated person can not become a foster person. Social workers have a similar opinion, but they meet even with such applicants, however they believe that financial motivation is not enough. Individuals performing these professions are primarily motivated by self-realization, altruism and the effort to use their experience and skills with the upbringing of children. The role of a social worker is irreplaceable in the process, they cooperate, control and accompany the applicant throughout the process.
According to the results, it was proposed to inform the general public about the functioning of foster care for a temporary period, to unify the criteria for foster care and to encourage a reassessment of the funds for the foster parents. | eng |
