| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická východiska:
Bakalářská práce stručně popisuje druhy průjmových onemocnění, především s ohledem
na jejich původ a léčbu. Dle jejich původu jsou průjmovitá onemocnění rozdělena do dvou
kategorií, tedy průjmů infekčních a neinfekčních. Ty jsou následně dále popsány a rozděleny do podkategorií, které již představují konkrétní důvody vzniku průjmu. U každé pří-činy jsou stručně popsány diagnostické metody a léčba, případě i úloha sestry v léčebném
procesu. Po tomto úvodu do problematiky a zavedení pojmů je popsána edukace dětí a rodičů v souvislosti s průjmovitým onemocněním. Práce popisuje i nejčastější ošetřovatelské
problémy u dětí s tímto druhem onemocnění - dehydratace, bolest a podobně.
Závěr:
Touto bakalářkou prací bychom rádi poukázali na nejčastější problémy způsobené průjmovitým onemocněním a také na nutnost dodržování režimovým a dietních opatření. Bakalářská práce může sloužit jako edukační materiál matkám v preventivních a režimových
opatřeních toho onemocnění. | cze |

The bachelor thesis briefly describes types of diarrheal diseases, with particular emphasis
on their cause and treatment. These diseases are divided by their origin into two categories
infectious and noninfectious diarrhea. These are then further described and divided into
subcategories, which represent the specific causes of diarrhea. For each of the causes there
are briefly described diagnostic methods, treatment and the nurse's role in the healing and
nursing process. After this introduction to the problem, there is described education of
children and parents, specific for diarrheal diseases. The thesis describes the most frequent
nursing problems with children having this kind of diseases, such as dehydration, pain and
so on.
Conclusion:
In this bachelor thesis we would like to point out on the most common problems caused
by diarrheal diseases, as well as the necessity to keep the regime and dietary measures.
Bachelor thesis can be used as educational material for mothers in preventative and regime
