| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje edukaci matek v manipulaci s novorozencem.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje a popisuje základy o edukačním procesu, edukaci v ošetřovatelství a porodní asistenci a nakonec shrnuje, co by měla edukace matky v manipulaci s novorozencem obsahovat. Další kapitoly teoretické části čtenáře seznamují s novorozeneckým obdobím a se zásadami správné manipulace u jednotlivých úkonů. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se především zabývá dovednostmi matek v manipulaci s novorozencem.Předem byly stanoveny dva výzkumné cíle. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat dovednosti matek v manipulaci s novorozencem. Druhým cílem byla reedukace matek, které nevěděly správnou odpověď na otázky k rozhovoru, nebo ty, které nezachovávaly zásady bezpečnosti při manipulaci s novorozencem. Uvedeným cílům odpovídaly tři výzkumné otázky. První otázka zjišťuje, v jakém rozsahu jsou ženy edukovány o zásadách a bezpečnosti péče s novorozencem, druhá otázka se ptá, jakým způsobem jsou matky edukovány a poslední otázka se zajímá, na jaké úrovni jsou dovednosti matek v manipulaci s novorozencem. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo v Nemocnici České Budějovice a.s. Výzkumným souborem se staly matky třetí den po fyziologickém porodu na oddělení šestinedělí. Tento výzkum byl veden kvalitativně, pro dosažení cíle byly použity rozhovory a pozorování. Kvalitativního šetření se zúčastnilo sedm matek. Rozhovor obsahoval jedenáct otázek, který sbíral informace o znalostech matky získaných edukací. Ženy byly edukovány celkově o péči s novorozencem, co se týče bezpečné manipulace, byly řádně edukovány o základních úkonech, bez kterých by se po propuštění doma neobešly. Mezi tyto úkony jsme zařadili pro pozorování koupel, kojení, odříhnutí, přenášení a přebalování novorozence. O těchto úkonech jsou ženy
v Nemocnici České Budějovice a.s. edukovány nejvíce, je jim věnováno hodně času, protože se edukace netýká pouze ústního předání informací, ale hlavně praktické ukázky a nácviku dovedností. Výstupem bakalářské práce je informativní letáček zaměřený na zásady správné manipulace s novorozencem, který se může využívat v praxi jako pomůcka pro matky na oddělení šestinedělí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the education of mothers in manipulation with a
newborn. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with and describes the basics of the educational process, education in nursing and midwifery and in the end concludes what the education of a mother in education of a newborn should contain. The other chapters of the theoretical part inform readers about the neonatal period and about the principles of proper manipulation at each action. The research part of the bachelor thesis deals primarily with skills of mothers at the manipulation with a newborn. Two research goals were set in advance. The first goal of the bachelor thesis was to find out about skills of mothers in manipulation with a newborn. The second goal was to reeducate
mothers, who did not know the right answer in the interview or those mothers, who did not keep the safety principles of manipulation with a newborn. Three questions coresponded with the mentioned goals. The first question has to find out, to what extent are women educated in the principles and safety of care about a newborn, the second question asks in what way are mothers educated and the last question takes interest in at what level are the skills of mothers in manipulation with a newborn. The research survey has been conducted in the Hospital of České Budějovice, a.s. The research file consisted of mothers who were three days after the physiological birth giving in the department of childbed. This survey has been conducted qualitatively, interviews and observations were used to reach the goal. Seven mothers took part in the qualitative survey. The interview included eleven questions, which collected information on knowledge of the mother gained by education. The women were overall educated about the care of a newborn, when it comes to a safe manipulation they were educated properly about the basic actions which they would not do without at home. Among these actions we have included for the observation bath, nursing, belching, overcarrying and changing dipers of the baby. About these actions are women in the Hospital of České Budějovice a.s. educated most, a lot of time is dedicated to them, because the education does not involve only the oral transfer of information but mainly practical demonstration and training of skills. The output of the bachelor thesis is an informative leaflet aimed at the principles of the right communication with the newborn, which can be used in practice as a help for mothers in the department of childbed. | eng |
