| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zpracovaná formou rešerše na téma ,,Dědičné poruchy zdraví skotu". Cílem této práce je poukázat na dosud známé poznatky o vybraných geneticky podmíněných onemocněních skotu, jejich problematiku a výskyt nejen v České republice, ale i v ostatních zemích. Nejprve je v práci popsán původ skotu, jeho domestikace, plemena a situace chovu skotu v České republice. Další část práce se zabývá základními genetickými pojmy, vybranými dědičnými nemocemi skotu a genetickými metodami testování. V závěru mé práce jsem vystihla současnou situaci dědičných onemocnění v České republice a důležitá chovatelská opatření k eliminaci těchto poruch. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is worked out in the form of the research on the theme ,,Inherted diseases in cattle". The aim of this work is to highlight the known information about the selected genetically caused disease in cattle, their issues and incidence in the Czech Republic but also in other countries. First, there is described the origin of cattle, his domestication, breeds cattle and the situation in the Czech Republic. Another part deals with the basic genetic concepts of selected hereditary diseases of cattle and genetic testing methods. At the end of my work I have captured the current situation of inherited diseases in the Czech Republic and important breeding measures to eliminate this disturbances. | eng |
