| dc.description.abstract | Základem každého chovu je úspěšná reprodukce. Bez kvalitní péče o plemenici během březosti a následné péče o krávu a tele nemůže podnik prosperovat. Je řada aspektů, které se mohou negativně podepsat na kvalitě mleziva, kterým je tele napojeno.
Cílem této práce bylo zpracování literárního přehledu o vlivech působících na kvalitu mleziva a odchov telat v období mlezivové a mléčné výživy. Mezi zkoumané vlivy bylo vybráno pořadí laktace, věk při prvním otelení, úroveň užitkovosti, roční období narození telete, délka doby stání na sucho a odchod očistků. Data pro zpracování bakalářské práce byla získána ze sestav evidence skotu a kontroly užitkovosti Zemědělského družstva Černovice od května 2013 do prosince 2014.
Do sledovaného souboru bylo vybráno celkem 243 dojnic a 233 telat českého strakatého skotu . U sledovaných souborů dojnic byla vyhodnocena kvalita (hustota) mleziva dle pořadí laktace, věku při prvním otelení, úrovni užitkovosti, ročního období narození telete, délky doby stání na sucho, mezidobí a odchodu očistků. Dále byly ověřovány korelační vztahy mezi pořadím laktace a kvalitou mleziva, věkem při prvním otelení a kvalitou mleziva, úrovní užitkovosti a kvalitou mleziva, ročním období narození telete a kvalitou mleziva, dobou stání na sucho a kvalitou mleziva, odchodem očistků a kvalitou mleziva, délkou mezidobí a kvalitou mleziva, životaschopností telat a kvalitou mleziva. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The basis of every breeding is successful reproduction. Without quality care for cows during pregnancy and aftercare for cows and calfs the company can not prosper. There is a series of aspects that may have negative impact on the quality of the colostrum, which affects the viabilityof the calves.
The aim of this work was to literary review the effects that have an impact on the quality of the colostrum and on the calves itselves during the colostrum nutrition and the lactic nutrition. Among the analyzed effects there were selected order of lactation, age at the first calving, level of productivity, season of born of the calf, length of the dry period and the process of bloody discharge. All the data used in this thesis was obtained from reports of registration of bovine animals and reports of productivity monitoring of the agricultural association Černovice from May 2013 to December 2014.
The monitored group was made of 243 cows of Czech Pied cattle and 233 calves. The paper contains an evaluation of a quality (density) of the colostrum reviewed by order of lactation, age at the first calving, level of productivity, season of birth of the calf, length of the dry period, calving interval and bloody discharge, it also contains the correlations between lactation and the quality of the colostrum, the age at the first calving and the quality of the colostrum, level of productivity and the quality of the colostrum, the season of birth of the calf and the quality of the colostrum, the time of the dry period and the quality of the colostrum, the bloody discharge and the quality of the colostrum, the length of the interim period and the quality of the colostrum and the viability of calves and the quality of the colostrum. | eng |
