| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání výsledků péče o lokality (managementu) v zájmu ochrany přírody, se zaměřením na zvláště chráněná území. Část je prováděna subjektem vybraným na základě výběrového řízení a část je prováděna přímo vlastníkem nebo nájemcem lokality. Jako modelový druh byl vybrán hořeček mnohotvarý český (Gentianella praecox subsp. bohemica).
Úvodní, obecná část (literární rešerše) se věnuje obecné problematice managementu chráněných území. První část tvoří přehled legislativních východisek. Zde je popsána struktura chráněných území, jejich kategorizace legislativní východiska související s managementem chráněných území. Druhá část je věnována obecným a biologickým principům péče o přírodní lokality. Třetí, závěrečná část je věnována plánování, realizaci a financování managementu chráněných území.
V úvodu praktické části je nejprve popsána problematika a nároky kriticky ohroženého druhu hořeček mnohotvarý český (Gentianella praecox subsp. bohemica).
Hlavní částí je zhodnocení péče o lokality v kompetenci Krajského úřadu Jihočeského kraje od roku 2004 do roku 2015. Jsou zde popsány principy výběrů dodavatelů prací, zkušenosti a problémy s organizováním výběrových řízení, důvody zavedení systému dotací pro vlastníky a nájemce pozemků a zhodnocení výsledků péče na modelových lokalitách, jejichž charakteristika je rovněž uvedena v této části. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of this bachelor's work is to compare the results of care about the specific location and its management in order to protect nature. It focuses especially on targeting the protected areas that are cared for by selected subjects, based on competitive tenders. Locations are serviced directly by the owners or the tenants of the location. The Bohemian Early Gentian (Gentianella praecox subsp. bohemica) was picked as a member of the specie group.
The foreword of the bachelor's thesis introduces general information / literary research/ about management issues of the protected areas. The first part of the work forms the legislative solution. Here is described a structure of the protected areas, their categorizations and their legislative solutions.
The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the general and biological principles of care. The third part focuses on planning, realization and financing of the management of the protected areas.
In the foreword of the practical part are described the issues of the critically endangered species Bohemian Early Gentian (Gentianella praecox subsp. bohemica). The primary part of the work focuses on evaluation of protection of the locations in South Bohemian region in time period from 2004 until 2015. There are described the principles of the selections of contractors, experiences and difficulties with organization of the tenders, the reasons for the grant systems for the owners and the tenants of land and evaluation of the final results of care in the selected locations their characteristics are also described in this part of the thesis. | eng |
