| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je genetika psů se zaměřením na dědičné
choroby u psů. V úvodu se seznámíme s obecnými informacemi o psech, které se
týkají jejich vývoje, domestikace a šlechtění. Dále je uveden stručný přehled
rozdělení psích plemen podle FCI, vysvětlení pojmů zdraví a nemoc a informace o
obecné genetice a genetice psů. Do této bakalářské práce bylo vybráno několik
plemen psů. U těchto plemen byly popsány poruchy, které jsou pro daná plemena
specifická. V závěru jsou zmíněny rady pro chovatele psů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The issue of the thesis are genetic disorders of dogs. The introduction contains general information about dogs, their evolution, domestication and breeding. Another part consists of brief overview of dog breeds divided according to FCI, specification of terms health and sickness and description of general genetics of dogs. In this thesis, few breeds were chosen for detailed examination. Specific disorders for every of these breeds were described. At the end of thesis, some advices for breeders are mentioned. | eng |
