| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem územně plánovacích podkladů a územně plánovací dokumentace města Kaplice. Podrobně jsem zpracovala zejména katastrální území Kaplice, ostatní katastrální území jsou pouze obecně charakterizovány. Z územně plánovacích podkladů jsem shrnula závěry
4. aktualizace územně analytických podkladů rozboru udržitelného rozvoje území obce s rozšířenou působností Kaplice (RURU ORP Kaplice) a jednotlivé územní studie, které jsou zaevidovány v evidenci územně plánovací činnosti. Z hlediska územně plánovací dokumentace jsem se dopodrobna zabývala změnou č. 1 územního plánu Kaplice, jejíž pořízení bylo vyvoláno zejména novou trasou II. etapy obchvatu města Kaplice, která byla vybrána společně s investorem Jihočeským krajem. Dále předmětná změna vymezila zastavitelnou plochu na Hradišťské hoře pro výstavbu rozhledny. Po podrobném rozboru územního plánu Kaplice a změny č. 1 územního plánu Kaplice jsem dospěla k závěru možných návrhů pro změnu č. 2 územního plánu Kaplice, které jsem zpracovala do podoby podnětu pro změnu včetně grafické části. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the developement of area planning documents and area planning documentation of the city Kaplice. I especially focused on the cadastral area of Kaplice, while other cadastral areas ale only generally characterized. From the area planning documents I summarized the conclusions of the fourth update of the territorial analytical data analysis of the so called RURU ORP Kaplice, which is concerned with the sustainable developement of the municipality Kaplice, and of other individual area studies, which are registered in the area planning register. For the area planning documentation, I discussed the first amendment of the area plan of the city Kaplice in detail. This acquisition was mainly caused by second stage of the new city bypass, which was chosen together with the investor, Jihočeský kraj (South Bohemian region). Furthermore, the alteration on the Hradišťské hill specified the developable land for the construction of an observation tower. After a detailed analysis of the area changes of Kaplice and the first amendment of the area planning of Kaplice, I conclude a potential second amendment of the area plan, which I wrote as an iniciative of change, including a graphic part. | eng |
