| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce seznámí čtenáře s problematikou týkající se přestavby starého zemědělského objektu. Čtenář se dozví nějaké informace o okolí stavby i o stavbě jako takové a důvod, proč jsem si vybral právě tento objekt pro mou práci. Dozví se stručnou historii zemědělství u nás, co předcházelo stavbám tohoto typu a z jakých materiálů se stavělo v polovině minulého století. Proto, abych mohl začít s návrhy přestavby, jsem musel provést místní šetření. V rámci tohoto šetření jsem navštívil majitele objektu, který mi sdělil informace o objektu a o jeho historii. Poté jsem zjišťoval informace v územním plánu a nahlížel jsem do katastru nemovitostí. Dalším krokem byl stavebně - technický průzkum stavby, při kterém jsem celou stavbu zaměřil a zjišťoval technický stav jednotlivých stavebních konstrukcí. Zároveň s tím jsem vše dokumentoval pomocí fotoaparátu. V průzkumu jsem postupoval od základů přes podlahy, stěny až po krov a střešní krytinu. Tento průzkum posloužil jako podklad pro návrh nového využití objektu a pro řešení poruch, které jsem v rámci průzkumu zjistil. Po návrhu se objekt promění v minipivovar s restaurací a ubytovacími prostory a změní tak úplně své dosavadní využití. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis introduces the reader with problems relating to the redevelopment of the old farm house. The reader learns some information about the surrounding buildings and the construction of as such. And the reason why I chose this subject for my work. They will learn a brief history of agriculture in our country, what preceded buildings of this type, and what materials were being built in the middle of the last century. So I could start rebuilding proposals, I had to carry out inspections. In this investigation, I visited the property owner who told me about the building and its history. Then I found out the information in the zoning plan, and I peered into the cadastre. The next step was building - technical survey of the building, where I focused the whole building and examined the technical condition of the individual structures. At the same time, I documented everything with the camera. In the survey, I proceeded from the ground up through the floor, walls up to the roof and roofing. This survey served as a basis for the design of a new use of the building and resolving faults, which I found in the survey. After designing the building turned into a microbrewery and restaurant and accommodation facilities and changes entirely its previous use. | eng |
