| dc.description.abstract | V této práci je řešena problematika chovu skotu pro produkci masa plemene Hereford. Byl sledován vliv pohlaví, otce, pořadí a měsíce otelení na průměrné hmotnosti telat ve 120, 210 a 365 dnech věku zvířete. Dále byl hodnocen průběh růstu telat během odchovu u matky. Byly použity informace o jednotlivých kusech ve stádě a data užitkovosti v rozmezí let: 2014, 2015, 2016. Studie byla prováděna na chovu stáda čítajícím 75 ks skotu bez tržní produkce mléka. Uvedené stádo je chováno na statku soukromého hospodářství o celkové rozloze 70 ha pastvin lokalizovaného v jihočeské obci Lhota u Mladošovic. Tato bakalářská práce potvrzuje, že pro výbornou produkci je nejvhodnější zajistit otelení krav nejlépe ve věku 24 měsíců a ponecháním v chovu do druhého až třetího otelení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this bachelor thesis I am solving the problems of cattle breeding for meat production of Hereford breed. The effect of gender, father, order and month of calving on the average weight of calves at 120, 210 and 365 days of age of the animal. Was also evaluated process of growth up during rearing calves with their mother. Were used informations and performance of the herd of cattle between the years: 2014, 2015, 2016. The study was performed on breeding herds with 75 head of cattle suckler. The herd is bred on the private farm with a total area 70ha of pastures located in the South Bohemian village Lhota u Mladosovice. The bachelor thesis confirms that the for excellent production is best suited ensure the calving cows aged 24 months and reserved breeding the animals for their the second to third calving. | eng |
