| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace k Evropské unii a k integraci České republiky do EU. Dále se práce věnuje regionální strukturální politice EU a vysvětluje pojmy jako operační programy EU, NUTS nebo fondy EU. Posléze se vysvětluje pojem projekt, typy projektů a fáze projektů a co má žadatel vše splnit, aby mohl dotaci z fondů získat.
Další, prakticky a konkrétně zaměřená část práce se zabývá městem Soběslav. Ukazuje příklady čerpání finančních prostředků na projektech v dané lokalitě, shromažďuje informace o těchto projektech a zejména přináší také vyhodnocení provedeného dotazníkového šetření, které se snažilo získat informace o vlivu fondů EU na život v Soběslavi, resp. informace o povědomí obyvatel města a okolí o těchto projektech. Město Soběslav jsem zvolila z důvodu dobré znalosti města a okolí a znalosti mnoho obyvatel, neboť jde o mé bydliště. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides basic information of the European Union and the integration of the Czech Republic into the EU. Further it deals with a regional structural policy and explains terms such as operational programs of the EU, NUTS or EU funds. Eventually, the concept of the project, types and phases of the project and what the applicant to do to obtain a grant from the fund are explained.
The next practically and specifically oriented part deals with the town of Soběslav. It shows examples of the disbursement of funds for projects in the locality, gathers information about these projects and also brings evaluation of a questionnaire survey, which sought to obtain information about the impact of EU funds on the life in Soběslav, or more precisely, information about the awareness of the population of the city and surroundings of these projects. I have chosen the town of Soběslav, because it is my hometown and I know it, its environs and many local residents very well. | eng |
