| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem, významem a vývojem přeshraniční spolupráce mezi Německem a Českem.
První část práce se zabývá všeobecnými, historickými a politickými souvislostmi těchto dvou zemí. Popsaný je vznik euroregionů a finanční prostředky Evropské unie. Dále se práce zaměřuje na kooperace v regionech Horního Falcka a Plzně.
V poslední části jsou vysvětleny koordinační centra Tandem, jejich projekty a programy. Další důležitou části je program podpory odborných praxí a je konkrétně vysvětlený. Program je pomocí dotazníků analyzován. | cze |

The first part of the thesis deals with the general, historical and political contexts of these two countries. The creation of euroregions and EU funds are described. Furthemore, the thesis directs on cooperation in the regions of Upper Palatinate and Pilsen.
