| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je představit čtvrtého prezidenta Spojených států amerických Jamese Madisona a jeho nejvýznamnější autorský počin The Bill of Rights. Primárním zdrojem mi jsou Listy federalistů, ve kterých sám James Madison zdůrazňuje důležitost ústavy a dále plný text prvních deseti dodatků, které zajištují občanům USA jejich lidská práva. Abychom pochopili smysl ústavy a všech deseti dodatků, je nutné porozumět nejdůležitějším událostem v historii a politice Spojených států amerických, a to již od koloniálního období, až po boj o ratifikaci Listiny práv. | cze |
