| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit efektivitu mzdového systému podniku a spokojenost zaměstnanců z hlediska motivace a peněžních a nepeněžních odměn. Dále byly zjišťovány údaje ohledně nákladů práce a porovnání těchto nákladů se statistickými údaji. Na základě zjištěných údajů navrhnout možnosti zvýšení efektivnosti stávajícího mzdového systému a zhodnocení jejich dopadu na ekonomickou situaci firmy. | cze |
