| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prozkoumání stupně motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Prostřednictvím vhodné metodiky analyzuje, zda zaměstnanci motivační program vnímají, jak na ně působí a zda existují nějaké nedostatky. Pro tuto skutečnost je v závěru této práce navrženo několik možností, jak by se dala situace v podniku vylepšit. | cze |
