| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce bylo seznámit spotřebitele s legislativou týkající se označování země původu na potravinách a současnými změnami, které v této oblasti probíhají. Dále byly v práci popsány způsoby identifikace země původu z obalu potravin se zaměřením především na značky kvality. Praktická část práce se týká pozorování značení původu u vybraných komodit a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na zájem respondentů o původ potravin a vyhodnocení hypotéz. | cze |
