| dc.description.abstract | Téma diplomové práce je Rozvoj klastrů v České republice. Cílem práce bylo prostřednictvím sociologického šetření provést analýzu, vyhodnocení a rozbor klastrů v rámci krajů se stanovením významů pro jejich rozvoj v České republice.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o klastrech, jejich přínosnost, proces vzniku i rozvoje a způsoby jejich financování. Část je věnována i klastrové politice a podpoře klastrů v České republice. Praktická část je postavena na výsledcích realizovaného sociologického šetření. Získaná data a poznatky z průzkumu jsou zpracovány a zobrazeny prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek. Součástí praktické části je dále rozdělení klastrů podle jejich existence na územích jednotlivých krajů a je hodnocen jejich přínos pro daný kraj. V souhrnných výsledcích dle krajů se vyhodnocuje celková komunikace a spolupráce mezi členy klastrů, míra závislosti na dotacích, přínosy klastrů pro rozvoj kraje a způsoby financování klastrů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this thesis is Development of clusters in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work was to carry out an analysis by means of the sociological survey, evaluation and analysis of the clusters within regions according to the determination of the importance for the development of the individual regions.
The work is divided into two main parts the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes information about the clusters, their benefits, processes of formation and development of the clusters, and also their funding. This part is also dedicated to the cluster politics and support of clusters in the Czech Republic. The practical part is based on the results from the sociological survey. The gained data and findings from the survey are processed and demonstrated with the help of diagrams and tables. Another component of the practical part is also division of the clusters according to their existence in territories of individual regions. Besides, their importance for the individual region is assessed as well. The overall communication and cooperation among members of the clusters, the extent of dependence on funding, the benefits of the clusters for the development of a region, and the ways of financing are evaluated in final results within each region. | eng |
