| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení nákladů v souvislosti s řízením výkonnosti podniku. Tato práce má za cíl analýzu řízení nákladů, jejich zhodnocení a navržení klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti. Úvodem jsou vymezeny náklady, kalkulace, výkonnost a KPI ukazatele. Praktická část byla vypracována na základě údajů získaných od podniku MOTOR JIKOV. Byly použity metody pozorování, zkoumání a komunikace s podnikem. Došlo k analýze nákladů dceřiného podniku a navržení klíčových ukazatelů pro podnik. | cze |
