| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce je nezaměstnanost v Jihočeském kraji a její ekonomické a sociální dopady. Pro účely diplomové práci bylo v první řadě nezbytné vymezit si základní teoretické pojmy týkající se nezaměstnanosti prostřednictvím studia odborné literatury, statistických ročenek a portálů zabývajících se nezaměstnaností a pracovními trhy. Základním předpokladem práce bylo také rozlišení různých druhů nezaměstnanosti a představení metodiky výpočtu nezaměstnanosti. Teoretická část práce je zakončena problematikou sociálně ekonomických dopadů nezaměstnanosti a jejich vzájemným vztahem. V praktické části je analyzován vývoj nezaměstnanosti, její aspekty a struktura. Těžiště diplomové práce spočívá ve využití statistických metod, konkrétně korelační analýzy (užití Pearsonova koeficientu korelační matice v programu STATISTICA) a metody jednoduché lineární regrese (v programu STATISTICA a R). Pro zahájení výpočtů byly stanoveny vhodné sociální a ekonomické indikátory, které jsou vysvětlovány nezaměstnaností. Na závěr práce je provedena diskuze a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace nezaměstnaných. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this thesis is the unemployment in the South Bohemia region and its economic and social impacts in this area as well. For the purpose of the diploma theses, it was necessary to define some key theoretical concepts related to the unemployment. The key concepts were defined through the study of a scientific literature, statistical yearbooks and sources focused on this subject matter and labour market. The main assumption was distinguishing of various types of the unemployment, and introducing methods of counting them. The theoretical part of the theses concludes with the issue of socio-economic impacts of the unemployment and their mutual relations, and with the description of the employment politics in the Czech Republic. In the empirical part, development of the unemployment its aspects and structure are analysed. The core of the theses lies in the use of statistical methods, especially in Pearson's product-moment coefficient, correlation matrix and simple linear regression model. All these calculations were done in STATISTICA and R software. At the beginning of the calculation, appropriate social and economic indicators were specified. Finally, there is a discussion about possible results of examined issue at the end of the empirical part as well as some suggestions how to improve unemployed people situation. | eng |
