| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá motivací starších dospělých ke studiu na vysoké škole. V první části se práce zabývá tématem vzdělávání dospělých v kontextu celoživotního učení, vymezení pojmu starší dospělost a objasnění pojmu motivace ve vztahu k formálnímu vzdělávání starších dospělých. Předkládá přehled realizovaných výzkumů v oblasti motivace starších dospělých ke studiu. Druhá část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který odpovídá na otázky, co motivuje starší dospělé ke studiu na vysoké škole; jak popisují motivační činitele a další související okolnosti svého rozhodnutí studovat na vysoké škole; podle jakých kritérií posuzují starší dospělí přínosy studia a co je motivuje ve studiu vytrvat. | cze |
