| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o etickém vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků. Nejdříve pojednává o vzdělávání spk v oblasti sociální práce a poukazuje na důležitost standardu ve vzdělávání nejen v oblasti sociální páce. Také poukazuje na význam etiky ve vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků a na celkový vzdělávací systém na vysokých školách. Zároveň zkoumá, zda je současný vzdělávací systém budoucích spk v oblasti etiky nastaven tak, aby si z něj budoucí spk něco odnesli, tudíž zda se setkává obsah minimálního standardu v oblasti etiky s obsahem a efektem výuky etiky profesorů na vysokých školách. Výzkum se zaměřuje jak na kantory, tak na budoucí sociální pracovníky. | cze |
