| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá studií logistiky a dodavatelského řetězce ve výrobním podniku v Českých Budějovicích. V úvodní části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické základy logistiky, logistického řízení a logistických technologií.
V praktické části je provedena analýza zkoumané společnosti. Analýza byla zaměřena na přípravu plánu výroby a schopnost identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují průběh výroby. Další část je zaměřena na sledování technologického plánování výrobní linky a schopnost analyzovat plán. Po zjištění odchylek byla navržena řešení pro zlepšení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the study of logistics and supply chain management in the manufacturing company in České Budějovice. In the introductory part of the thesis there are mentioned theoretical basis of logistics, logistic control and logistic technology.
In the practical part of the thesis there is made the analysis of examined company. The analysis was focused on the preparation of the production plan and the ability to identify the main factors affecting the running of production. The next part is focused on monitoring the production line technological planning and the ability to analyze the plan.
