| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém managementu kvality. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný systém managementu kvality a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout opatření, která zvýší bezpečnost a ochranu dat ve vybraném podniku. Vybraným podnikem je společnost poskytující komplexní služby v oblasti geodézie, fotogrammetrie, geoinformačních systémů a katastru nemovitostí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.Teoretická práce je zaměřena na definování klíčových pojmů z oblasti managementu kvality a informačních systémů. Praktická část se skládá ze čtyř částí, kterými jsou charakteristika podniku, analýza současné situace managementu kvality, podmínky Obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů a v závěru návrhy na zvýšení a ochranu dat. Návrhy jsou zaměřeny na podmínky Obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů. Informace pro praktickou část byly získány analýzou dokumentů a polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s vedením společnosti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is focused on the quality management system. The object of the thesis is to analyse the current situation of the quality management system. Based on the results, we suggest measures to increase security and data protection in the selected enterprise. The selected enterprise is GEFOS, a.s., which provides comprehensive services in geodesy, photogrammetry, geoinformation systems and land register.
The thesis can be divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on definition of key concepts in the fields of quality management and information system.
The practical part consists of four other separate parts, namely the characteristic of the selected company, an analysis of the current situation of the quality management system, and finally suggestions for improvement of security and data protection. The suggestions are focused on requirements provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
