| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se v rešeršní části zabývá popisem fykobilinů, jejich biosyntézou, vlastnostmi a funkcí během fotosyntézy. Díky nim by jejich estery mohly být využity k výrobě umělých světlosběrných antén. Je zde obsažen i popis pigmentů podobné struktury (tetrapyroly). V experimentální části práce obsahuje izolaci fykobilinů kyselou hydrolýzou z buněk sinice Synechocystis, analýzu získaných pigmentů metodami TLC a HPLC a popis esterifikace izolovaných fykobilinů butan-1-olem. | cze |
