| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní teorií Francisca de Vitorii a jeho pojetím sebevraždy. První část je zaměřena na život samotného myslitele a další historické souvislosti, které měly vliv na jeho práci. Ve druhé části řeší zdroje a základy jeho právní teorie se zvláštním přihlédnutím k jejímu racionalistickému výkladu. Poslední část je více praktická a zaměřuje se na problematiku ospravedlnění sebeusmrcení ve světle Vitoriova díla. | cze |
