| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit parametry užitkovosti u hybridních kombinací kachny pekingské hybrid Orvia, Grimaud a Cherry Valley.
Testy byly provedeny podle metodiky podniku Mezinárodní testování drůbeže, s. p. v Ústrašicích. Test byl tvořen z výkrmových testů hybridů v délce 44 dní.
Nejvyšší živou hmotnost ve 44 dnech věku (3 315 g) a nejvyšší průměrný denní přírůstek (74,1 g) dosáhl hybrid Cherry Valley. U hybrida Orvia byla vykázána nejnižší spotřeba KKS/1 kg přírůstku (2 164 g) a nejnižší úhyn (2,5 %).
U hybrida Cherry Valley byla potvrzena nejvyšší živá/porážková hmotnost
ve 44 dnech (3 331 g), hmotnost jatečně opracovaného trupu (2 160 g), hmotnost drobů (323,7 g) a hmotnost prsní svaloviny s kůží (625,9 g). Byla u něj zjištěna
i nejnižší hmotnost abdominálního tuku (32,8 g). U hybrida Orvia byla zaznamenána nejvyšší hmotnost stehenní svaloviny s kůží (534,8 g). Pouze o 9,7 g nižší hmotnost vykázal hybrid Cherry Valley (525,1 g). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate performance parameters for hybrid combinations of the Pekin duck hybrid Orvia, Grimaud and Cherry Valley.
The tests were made by International Poultry Testing Station in Ústrašice. Test was consisted of fattening progeny tests lasting 44 days.
Hybrid Cherry Valley achieved the highest live weight at 44 days of age (3 315 g) and the highest average daily gain (74.1 g) too. Hybrid Orvia showed the lowest feed consumption per 1 kilogram gain (2 164 g) and the lowest mortality (2.5 %).
The highest live weight at 44 days of age (3 331 g), the highest carcass weight
(2 160 g), the highest weight of giblets (323.7 g) and the highest breast muscle weightwith skin was confirmed at hybrid Cherry Valley.The lowest weight
of abdominal fat (32.8 g) was observed at hybrid Cherry Valley too. Hybrid Orvia achieved the highest leg muscle weight with skin (534.8 g). Hybrid Cherry Valley showed only about 9.7 g lower leg muscle weight (525.1 g). | eng |
