| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením produkčních parametrů vybraného sortimentu odrůd salátové řepy. Byl založen maloparcelový pokus v rozsahu 6 odrůd (Alexis, Betina, Burpee´s golden, D´Egypte, Choggia, Karkulka). V pokusu byl sledován výnos bulev z plošné jednotky, průměrnou hmotnost bulev, obsah sušiny, obsah sacharidů, obsah dusíkatých látek v sušině (N x 6,25), antioxidační aktivita a byla stanovena barevnost vzniklých mouk. | cze |

A small-parcel experiment was established in six varieties (Alexis, Betina, Burpee's golden, D'Eggyte, Choggia, Karkulka). In the experiment the yield of boulevues from the area unit, the average bulk weight, the dry matter content, the carbohydrate content, the dry matter content in the dry matter (N x 6.25), the antioxidant activity and the color of the flour were determined. | eng |
