| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u agresivního pacienta, pacienta s demencí a s depresí. Zaměřuje se na specifičnost poskytování péče těmto pacientům a také na problémy, díky kterým si u probandů vysloužili označení "nechtěný" pacient.
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u "nechtěných pacientů", ale také zmapovat přístup sester k těmto pacientům. Ke splnění cílů byly použity výzkumné otázky: Jaká specifika obsahuje práce s "nechtěným pacientem"? Jaký mají sestry přístup k "nechtěnému pacientovi"? Jak sestry komunikují s "nechtěným pacientem"? Co činí sestrám největší problém v péči o "nechtěného pacienta"?
K výzkumnému šetření bylo použito kvalitativní metody, a to formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sestrami pracujícími s "nechtěnými pacienty". Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 15 probandů, kteří pracují na interním a chirurgickém oddělení a na oddělení následné péče.
Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že největším problém při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče "nechtěnému" pacientovi je komunikace. Sestry neví, jak v určitých situacích zareagovat, bojí se s nimi komunikovat, nebo konce i v jistých případech komunikaci zcela odmítají. Další problém, je, že péče o tyto pacienty bývá náročnější nejenom časově, ale také psychicky i fyzicky. V sestrách kontakt s těmito pacienty vyvolává strach, nejistotu a stres, což zvyšuje riziko syndromu vyhoření.
Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako stručné zasvěcení do problematiky "nechtěného pacienta" pro sestry, které s těmito pacienty pracují a mají zájem o danou problematiku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care of an aggressive patient, of a patient with dementia and patient with depression. It deals with the specificity of providing care to these patients, as well as with the problems that were the reason why these patients are called "unwanted" patients.
The aim of this work was not only to find out the issue of nursing care of "unwanted patients", but also to map the attitude of nurses to these patients. In order to fulfil these goals, there have been used these research questions: "What specifics does the work with an "unwanted patient" include? What kind of attitude do the nurses take towards this "unwanted patient"? How do nurses communicate with an "unwanted patient"? What is the biggest problem for these nurses during taking care of an "unwanted patient"?
For the practical research there was used qualitative method in the form of a semi-structured interview with nurses working with "unwanted patients". The research team included fifteen probands working at the internal and surgical departments and at the aftercare department.
The research has shown that the biggest problem in providing nursing care to the "unwanted" patient is communication. These nurses do not know how to react, they are afraid of communication with them or they even completely reject communication in some cases. Another problem is that the work with these patients is very demanding, not only in terms of time but also mentally and physically. The contact with these patients causes fear, uncertainty and stress, which increases the risk of burnout of all nurses.
This thesis could be used as a brief introduction to the issue of "unwanted patient" for nurses working with these patients and who are interested in this issue. | eng |
