| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá diferenciací nabídky a metod pracovní rehabilitace osob s mentálním nebo kombinovaným postižením v praxi poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké prostředky a metody pracovní rehabilitace využívají poskytovatelé sociálních služeb ve strakonickém regionu. Cílů bylo dosaženo studiem odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů a kvalitativním výzkumem.
Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů zdravotní postižení, mentální postižení a kombinované postižení. Pozornost je věnována vymezení dospělosti a významu práce pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Je přiblížen systém ucelené rehabilitace a její jednotlivé nástroje a prostředky.
Praktická část přináší informace o konkrétních organizacích a nástrojích pracovní rehabilitace které využívají k aktivizaci a pracovnímu zapojení svých klientů. Popisuje možnosti prostupnosti osob s mentálním postižením jednotlivými složkami pracovní rehabilitace z ambulantních či pobytových služeb na chráněný nebo otevřený trh práce. Přibližuje vlastní náhled klientů na nabízené možnosti aktivizace a představu jejich pracovní seberealizace. Výzkum probíhal pomocí kvalitativní strategie, metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.
Bakalářská práce přináší poznání z oblasti problematiky zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením. Výsledky ukazují, že současný systém vytváří a podporuje proces motivace a profesní přípravy pro vstup těchto osob na trh práce. Tyto snahy jsou podpořeny i platnou legislativou, která podporuje zaměstnavatele zdravotně postižených a nabízí jim různé výhody.
Práce může sloužit jako informační materiál pro poradenská zařízení, nebo úřady práce. Rovněž může poukázat organizacím, které realizují pracovní rehabilitaci či poskytují službu sociálně terapeutické dílny, na další aktivity, kterým je možno se v rámci služby věnovat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the differentiation of the offer and methods of work rehabilitation of people with mental or combined disabilities in the practice of social service providers. The aim of the work was to find out what means and methods of work rehabilitation are used by social service providers in the Strakonice region. The objectives were achieved by studying professional literature, internet resources and qualitative research.
The theoretical part focuses on the definition of concepts of disability, mental disability and combined disability. Attention is paid to the definition of adulthood and the importance of work for people with disabilities. A comprehensive rehabilitation system and its individual tools and resources are brought closer together.
The practical part provides information on the specific rehabilitation organizations and tools they use to activate and engage their clients. It describes the possibilities of permeability of persons with mental disabilities by individual components of work rehabilitation from outpatient or residential services to a protected or open labor market. It approaches the clients' own insights into the possibilities of activation offered and the idea of their working self-realization. The research was conducted using a qualitative strategy, a semi-structured interview method.
The bachelor thesis brings knowledge from the field of employment of people with mental disabilities. The results show that the current system creates and supports the process of motivation and training for these people to enter the labor market. These efforts are also supported by valid legislation that supports employers of disabled people and offers them various benefits.
The work can serve as information material for counseling facilities or labor offices. It can also point out to organizations that perform work rehabilitation or provide a service to social therapy workshops for other activities that can be spent in the service. | eng |
