| dc.description.abstract | V naší práci jsme se zabývali celoživotním vzděláním sester pracujících na JIP. Cílem bylo zjistit specifika celoživotního vzdělávání sester na tomto oddělení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to část teoretickou a výzkumnou.
V teoretické části jsme zmínili počátky ošetřovatelství, ale více jsme se zaměřili na vzdělání sester, které v současné době potřebují pro svoji práci a zároveň možnosti dalšího vzdělávání, díky kterému mohou získat potřebnou specializaci pro práci na jednotce intenzivní péče.
Ke zpracování empirické části jsme zvolili metodiku kvantitativního šetření, technikou sběru dat byl dotazník. Pro výzkumnou část jsme zvolili tři základní hypotézy: sestry pracující na JIP mají potřebu celoživotního vzdělávání; sestry pracující na JIP mají potřebu dalšího vzdělávání; sestry pracující na JIP mají motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání. Dotazníky byly rozdány sestrám pracujícím na jednotce intenzivní péče v jedné nemocnici v Královéhradeckém a Pardubickém kraji. Rozdala jsem celkem 100 dotazníků, ale pouze 66 se mi jich vrátilo vyplněných. Tyto dotazníky tvořily výzkumnou část. Díky tomuto výzkumu jsme zjistili, že většina sester si myslí, že celoživotní vzdělávání má smysl, mají potřebu se dále vzdělávat i po zrušení kreditního systému, mají podporu od zaměstnavatele, ale přece jim chybí dostatečná motivace k dalšímu vzdělávání. Většina sester by se dále vzdělávala například za cílem lepšího finančního ohodnocení nebo možnosti kariérního růstu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this thesis, we dealt with the lifelong learning of nurses working in the ICU. The aim was to find out the specifics of lifelong learning of nurses in ICU. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
In the theoretical part, we focused on the beginnings of nursing, but our primary focus was on nursing learning that nurses currently need for their work, and at the same time, we are focusing on further education opportunities, so that they can get the necessary specialization to work in ICU.
For the empirical part we chose the methodology of quantitative survey, the technique of data collection was a questionnaire. For the research part we chose three basic hypotheses: nurses working in the ICU have a need for lifelong learning; nurses working in the ICU have a need for further learning; nurses working in the ICU have a motivation for further learning. Questionnaires were distributed to nurses working in the ICU in one hospital in the Hradec Králové and Pardubice regions. In total, 100 questionnaires were distributed, but only 66 completed questionnaires were returned. These questionnaires consisted of a research section. This research has shown that most nurses think lifelong learning is meaningful, nurses need to further educate themselves after the credit system is abolished, nurses have support from the employer, but nurses lack sufficient motivation for further education.
