| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo praktické zvládnutí metody PCR a vypracování rešerše týkající se dané problematiky.
V teoretické části této bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na popis NRF2 genu, jeho funkci, strukturu a lokalizaci v genomu. Dále se věnuji metodě PCR jako takové, a principu PCR-CTPP (polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primers) využívající dva páry primerů.
V rámci praktické části byly provedeny některé laboratorní metody izolace DNA z bukálního stěru, izolace DNA z periferní krve, detekce polymorfismu C617A genu NRF2 pomocí metody PCR-CTPP. Praktická část práce byla provedena v laboratoři GENLABS s.r.o. pod dozorem Mgr. Dagmar Bystřické, Ph.D. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of my bachelor thesis was the practical mastering of the methods of PCR and the development research on this issue.
In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis focuses on the description of the NRF2 gene, its function, structure and localization in the genome. Furthermore, I dedicate PCR method as such, and the principle of PCR-CTPP (polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primer) using two pairs of primers.
In the experimental part, the goal was to practically manage the isolation of DNA from the buccal swab and peripheral blood, the detection of PCR products with help of gel electrophoresis, the preparation and execution of PCR reaction and the examination itself of the NRF2 gen by the means of PCR.
In the framework of the practical part were conducted some laboratory methods isolation of DNA from bukálního smear, isolation of DNA from peripheral blood, detection of polymorphism C617A of the gene NRF2 by PCR-CTPP.
