| dc.description.abstract | Pro zpracování mé bakalářské práce jsem si vybral téma: Parkinsonova choroba a výživa. Pravda je taková, že při tomto onemocnění žádná speciální dieta není neexistuje. Existují pouze doporučení pro dodržování zásad zdravého, pestrého a vyváženého jídelníčku.
Práce má dvě části. V teoretické části je popisována Parkinsonova nemoc jako taková, část její historie, léčba a výživa.
V praktické části práce byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat výživu osob s Parkinsonovou chorobou v domově pro seniory. Součástí kvalitativního výzkumu bylo položení tří výzkumných otázek:
1. Dokáže strava ovlivnit nemocné?
2. Má na výživový stav pacienta s Parkinsonovou chorobou vliv způsob výživy?
3. Jaké jsou znalosti ošetřujícího personálu v péči spojené s výživou?
Sběr dat probíhal pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Respondenti byli seznámeni s tématem bakalářské práce. Následně proběhl rozhovor, který byl zaznamenán na diktafon a přepsán do textové podoby spisovnou češtinou. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 10 pečovatelek, sester a pečovatelů z domova pro seniory. Tématy rozhovoru byla výživa, léky, problémy spojené s nemocí a péče. K vytvořeným kategoriím náleží podkategorie, které obsahují kódy znázorňující data z odpovědí respondentů.
Z výsledku vyplývá, že běžná strava podávaná v domově pro seniory pravděpodobně nemůže nemocného a jeho nemoc nijak ovlivnit. Na výživový stav pacienta má způsob výživy velký vliv. Záleží na tom, v jaké úpravě se jídlo pacientovi podá. Co se týče znalostí ošetřujícího personálu, vědí, jak se o daného pacienta s nemocí postarat.
V diskuzi byla zhodnocena všechna získaná data a porovnána s jinými daty a autory, kteří se zabývali stejnou problematikou. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my bachelor thesis is 'Parkinson's disease and nutrition'. The truth is that there is no special diet for people suffering from this disease it doesn't exist. There is only a recommendation to follow the principles of a healthy and balanced diet.
The thesis has two parts. The first - theoretical - part describes Parkinson's disease, parts of its history, medical treatment, nutrition and everything connected to it.
A method of qualitative research was chosen for the practical part. The aim of the thesis was to map the diet of people suffering from Parkinson's disease living in a nursing home. Three questions were asked as a part of the research:
1. Can the diet influence the patients?
2. Does the way of nutrition have an influence on nutritional condition of the patient?
3. What level of knowledge concerning nutrition do the nurses and attendants have?
Data was collected by semi-structured interviews. The respondents were informed about the topic of the bachelor thesis. The interviews were recorded with a voice recorder and rewritten. The research group consisted of ten attendants and nurses from the nursing home. The topics were nutrition, medication, problems connected with the disease and care. The established categories can be divided into sub-categories which contain codes standing for data from the responses of interviewed people.
The results show that the alimentation in the nursing home probably cannot affect patients and their condition. The way of nutrition has a big influence on the nutritional condition of the patients. What matters is the form in which the food reaches the patients. As for the level of knowledge, the nursing staff knows how to take care of the patients.
All data was evaluated and compared to other data and authors dealing with the same topic. | eng |
