| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat životní změny u osob s Parkinsonovou chorobou. V souvislosti s tímto cílem byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky, které zněly: Jak Parkinsonova choroba ovlivňuje biologickou stránku jedince? Jak Parkinsonova choroba ovlivňuje psychickou stránku jedince? Jak Parkinsonova choroba ovlivňuje sociální stránku jedince? Empirická část bakalářské práce byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo uskutečněno technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor byl rozdělen do čtyř částí. První část byla zaměřena na základní údaje o informantech. Druhá část byla zaměřena na dopad nemoci na biologickou stránku jedince. Třetí část se věnovala dopadu nemoci na psychickou stránku jedince a čtvrtá část dopadu nemoci na sociální stránku jedince. Výzkumný soubor tvořily osoby s Parkinsonovou chorobou, které navštěvují Parkinson klub v Českých Budějovicích. Získané výsledky byly zpracovány metodou otevřeného kódování, technikou "tužkapapír". Výsledky jsou prezentovány v podobě kategorií, které jsou dále členěny na určitý počet podkategorií. První kategorie se zabývá dopadem nemoci na biologické potřeby a zahrnuje podkategorie zaměřené na první příznaky nemoci, mobilitu, soběstačnost, spánek a stravování. Druhá kategorie se zabývá dopadem nemoci na psychické potřeby a zahrnuje podkategorie zaměřené na adaptaci na nemoc, náladu a životní hodnoty a priority. Třetí kategorie se zabývá dopadem nemoci na sociální potřeby a zahrnuje podkategorie zaměřené na volnočasové aktivity, profesní život, rodinné vztahy, vztahy s přáteli a na ekonomickou situaci. Obecně lze na základě zjištěných výsledků říci, že Parkinsonova choroba není jen fyzickou nemocí, neboť vedle potřeb tělesných výrazně ovlivňuje i psychosociální oblast nemocného. Práce přináší ucelený pohled na problematiku Parkinsonovy nemoci a její dopad na každodenní život nemocného. Práce může posloužit každému, kdo chce získat podrobnější představu o běžném životě nemocného s Parkinsonovou chorobou a jeho potřebách. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main goal of this thesis was to map the changes in the life of people diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. To shed light on this topic, three research questions were designated: How does the Parkinson's disease influence the biological site of the individual? How does the Parkinson's disease influence the mental site of the individual? How does the Parkinson's disease influence the social site of the individual? The empirical part of this bachelor thesis was conducted by a method of qualitative research investigation, which was conducted by a technique of semi-structured interview. Each interview was separated into four different parts. The first part was focused on the basic information about the interviewee. The second part was focused on the impact of the disease on the biological site of the individual. The third part was dedicated to unravelling the impact of the disease on the mental site of the individual and the fourth part was revolving around the impact of the disease to the social site of the individual. The researched group consisted of people with Parkinson's disease, who are attending the Parkinson's club in České Budějovice. The obtained results were processed with the method of open coding, utilizing the technique "pen-paper". The results are presented in separate categories, which are further divided into a specific number of subcategories. The first category focuses on the impact of the disease on the biological needs and involves subcategories focused on the first signs of the disease, the mobility, self-sufficiency, sleep and eating. The second category concentrates on the impact of the disease on the mental needs and is composed of subcategories looking at the adaptation to the disease, the mood, life values and priorities. The third category focuses on the impact of the disease on the social needs and involves subcategories focused on the free time activities, the vocational life, the family relationships, the relationships with friends and on the economic situation. Based on the obtained results, it is possible to state that the Parkinson's disease is not only a physical illness, as it strongly affects the mental and social site of the patient as well. This work brings a unified view on the topic of Parkinson's disease and its impact on the everyday life of the patient. This work can be used by anyone, who wants to obtain more thorough idea on the ordinary life of the patient diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and his/her needs. | eng |
