| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá ochranou ekonomického trhu Evropské unie z pohledu spolupráce mezi jednotlivými celními správami společenství. Ochranu trhu zde představuje jako jedno z nejzákladnějších poslání v souvislosti s metodami a postupy při odhalování závažné trestné činnosti. Je zde představen právní rámec činnosti a spolupráce a uveden praktický příklad využití.Materiál dále definuje roli celních orgánů v oblasti mezinárodní spolupráce související s prosazováním práva a odhalováním pokusů o nelegální obchod se zbožím v rámci zemí EU. | cze |
