| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Management kvality ve vybrané organizaci" analyzuje současný stav systému řízení kvality ve vybrané společnosti Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn, s. r. o. Tato společnost se orientuje na výrobu inhalátorů, inzulinových per a další plastové produkty určené pro lékařský průmysl.
Pojem kvalita je v současnosti stále častěji využíván. Aby byla společnost úspěšnou a konkurenceschopnou na trhu je důležité kvalitě věnovat velkou pozornost.
Prví část této práce obsahuje přehled literatury. Kapitola je věnována vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti managementu kvality. V další části práce je popsán vybraná společnost a její zavedený systém řízení kvality.
V závěru, po zjištěný současného stavu a nalezení nedostatků v oblasti systému řízení kvality jsou v této diplomové práci navržena doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení současné situace ve vybrané společnosti. | cze |
