| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popis a zhodnocení jak vybraný podnik využívá informační technologie a informační systémy a výběr nového informačního systému. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy vztahující se k informačním systémům. Uvedeny jsou přínosy, kterých podnik pomocí implementace může docílit a faktory, které cenu informačního systému ovlivňují. V práci je charakterizován trh s podnikovými informačními systémy a ERP systémy v České republice. V praktické části je charakterizován vybraný podnik STS Olbramovice a.s., a to z hlediska jeho informačních technologií a informačních systému. Analyzovány jsou silné a slabé stránky stávajícího systému a důvody k implementaci nového informačního systému. Nakonec jsou identifikovány přínosy, které implementace nového informačního systému přinese. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main object of this thesis is to describe how the selected company uses information technology, its information system and the selection of the new information system. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part the basic terms related to the information system are indicated. The thesis introduces the benefits that a company can achieve with the implementation of the new information systems and the factors that affect the final price of the information system. The market of the business information systems and ERP systems in the Czech Republic is also described. In the practical part, the selected STS Olbramovice a.s. company is characterized and its current information system, strengths, weaknesses and the reasons for implementation are indicated.The benefits of the implementation of the new information system are identified at the end of the thesis. | eng |
