| dc.description.abstract | V této studii jsme použili standardní open-field test jako přiblížení první části disperze, využili jsme samice inbredních linií odvozených od divokých reprezentující dva poddruhy myši domácí, M. m. musculus a M. m. domesticus. Testovali jsme předpoklad, že se explorace neutrálního prostředí bude měnit během různých fází estrálního cyklu a lišit mezi poddruhy. Také jsme srovnali chování samic s explorací samců testovaných ve stejných podmínkách. | cze |

We tested the prediction that exploration of neutral area varies during different phases of the oestrus cycle and is different between the two subspecies.
