| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na dilemata pracovníků orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí, kteří pracují s rodinami, v nichž je přítomno násilí na dětech. Práce se zabývá etickými aspekty sociální práce s rodinou, na kterých je pácháno násilí v rodině a také tím, jaká dilemata pracovníci orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí při práci s touto cílovou skupinou řeší. Jsou představovány dilematické situace, které jsou ilustrované za pomoci kazuistik. Vybrané dilema je podrobeno rozboru při využití etické teorie I. Kanta. Práce se snaží o důsledné promýšlení principů etické teorie I. Kanta, které mohou být nápomocné při řešení tohoto dilematu, který vzniká při práci s rodinou, ve které je přítomno násilí na dětech. | cze |
