| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá konfliktem odpovědností u sociálních pracovníků organizace Fokus. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku organizace a problematiku její cílové skupiny, kterou je duševní onemocnění - schizofrenie a bipolární porucha. Popisuje práci sociálních pracovníků s touto cílovou skupinou. Přibližuje také problematiku konfliktu, etického problému, etických dilemat a odpovědnosti.
Další část diplomové práce je empirická. Zaměřená na výzkum, který má za cíl identifikovat, analyzovat a pokusit se vyhodnotit konflikt odpovědností u vybraných sociálních pracovníků z organizace Fokus ČB. Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pro analýzu dat byla použita metoda vytváření tzv. trsů, podle kterých jsem seskupila informace s podobnými rysy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the conflict of social worker´s responsibilities in the FOCUS organization. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the organization and the issues of its target group, which is mental illness - schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It describes the work of social workers with this target group. It also introduces issues conflict, ethical problem, ethical dilemmas and responsibility.
The other part of the thesis is empiric, research fosuced on identifying, analyzing and trying to evulaute the conflict of responsibilities of selected social workers of Focus ČB.
