| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá nutnou obranou z hlediska trestního práva a přibližuje toto téma laické veřejnosti.
Hlavním cílem je vytvoření uceleného, objektivního pohledu na problematiku nutné obrany v České republice a přiblížení základních aspektů, které se týkají tohoto problému.
Obsahem práce je historický exkurz, jednotlivé podmínky nutné obrany, excesy z jejích mezí, a také kapitola věnovaná sebeobraně a prevenci. Je zde zmíněn i pohled na použití automatických obranných systémů v nutné obraně a porovnání nutné obrany v sousedních zemích. | cze |
