| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo posoudit a zhodnotit informovanost vybraných subjektů v oblasti využití humanitární pomoci pro mimořádné události. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se opírá o právní normy, odbornou literaturu a internetové zdroje. Samotná teoretická část je zaměřena na humanitární pomoc její poskytování a organizování, v práci byly také uvedeny formy a také zásoby pro humanitární pomoc. Dalšími většími probíranými oblastmi jsou významné humanitární/charitativní organizace působící na území České republiky, ochrana obyvatelstva a integrovaný záchranný systém. Pro praktickou část bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, kdy byl vytvořen dotazník, který byl předložen zvoleným subjektům z řad integrovaného záchranného systému, studentům středních škol a obyvatelstvu žijícímu na Třebíčsku.
Pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek "Jaké informovanosti v oblasti poskytování humanitární pomoci dosahují vybrané subjekty na Třebíčsku?" a "Dosahují složky alespoň 75 % úspěšnost?" bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření. Dotazník obsahoval 18 otázek a byl členěn na čtyři části, první část byla obecná a další tři části byly odborně zaměřeny na otázky týkající se humanitární pomoci, ochrany obyvatelstva a integrovaný záchranný systém. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo kontaktní formou pomocí tištěného dotazníku a zúčastnilo se ho celkem 120 respondentů. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření byly vyhodnoceny a graficky zpracovány. Vyplývá z nich, že informovanost vybraných subjektů je téměř totožná, všechny subjekty dosahují hranice úspěšnosti okolo 60 %. Tímto výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že informovanost ve zmíněných oblastech je nedostatečná, a tak poukazuje na nutnost zaměřit se na zlepšení informovanosti vybraných subjektů v dané problematice. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess and evaluate the awareness of selected entities in the field of humanitarian aid in case of extraordinary events. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is based on legal norms, professional literature and internet resources. It is focused on humanitarian aid, its provision and organization, the work also includes forms and supplies for humanitarian aid. Other discussed major areas are significant humanitarian / charitable organizations operating in the Czech Republic, civil protection and the integrated rescue system. For the practical part a questionnaire survey was realized. The questionnaire was created and submitted to selected subjects from the integrated rescue system, the secondary school students and the population living in the Třebíč region.
The questionnaire was realized to answer the questions "What awareness in the area of humanitarian aid is achieved by selected entities in the Třebíč area?" and "Do the components reach at least 75 % success rate?" The questionnaire contained 18 questions and was divided into four parts. The first part was general and the other three parts were focused on issues related to humanitarian aid, civil protection and the integrated rescue system. The questionnaire survey was conducted in a contact form, a printed questionnaire was used. It was attended by the total of 120 respondents. The results of the questionnaire survey were evaluated and graphically processed. They show that the awareness of selected entities is almost identical, all subjects reach a success rate of about 60 %. This research found that awareness in these areas is inadequate and it points to the need to focus on improving the awareness of selected subjects in the issues. | eng |
